Robert D. Niehaus, Inc. (RDN) is a professional economic consulting firm, established in 1983 and located in Santa Barbara, California. Our specialization is regional and resource economic analysis for public/private agencies and utilities. We provide life-cycle benefit-cost (business case) analyses; economic and market forecasts and evaluations; project financial feasibility and economic assessments; regulatory impact studies; economic impact assessments; and survey services specific to client needs. We are a small business with a staff of 24 economists and market analysts with training and expertise in economics, quantitative analysis, applied research, and public policy. Our multi-lingual, interdisciplinary staff members have Ph.D., M.A., and B.A. degrees in economics, applied social research, and related fields.
